The Oasis Soup Kitchen is currently under the management of Brandi Avery, who has served in this capacity since January 2008. She is accountable to the leadership of Calvary Chapel of Crook County and reports directly to Pastor Ryan Couch. This ministry is financially accountable to the board of directors of Calvary Chapel of Crook County. The soup kitchen is staffed by over 150 volunteers who help with the day to day operations.
